Location: | LOVE 299 |
Description
We are getting together to recruit volunteers for the April 22 picnic...
The MSE Spring Picnic will be April 22, 11:00 am, Burger Bowl and its time again for the MSE Umbrella Society and MSE students to organize the event. Just like last year, MSE will be providing the burgers and hot dogs, and we'll be asking everyone to bring a side dish or dessert.
What we need the Umbrella Society to do:
-Recruit grills and grillers for the hot dogs and veggie burgers at the Burger Bowl (Kyle Mavros)
-Coordinate fun activities (we have access to the softball and volleyball field)
-Shop for the food at Kroger (Renita will provide you with the grocery list and a grad student will need to use their P-Card for the purchase) (Lionel Vargas)
-Pick up the hamburger patties from Rafeedies Catering on Hemphill the day of the picnic
-Get all food, and activity materials over to the Burger Bowl the morning of the picnic
-Clean up
